Climate Control: the unit runs warm, especially upstairs. Use the A/C as much as needed, even in winter. Feel free to open doors for a while and / or open the upper windows in the living room and bedrooms.
TV's: these are fickle and don't always function in the bedrooms. Family room system is fairly reliable. Use the red button on the remote to start up the system. Use the “Room Off” button at the top of the remote to shut off. Feel free to use our accounts to watch if we are signed in or sign into your own. Don't forget to sign out!
Alexa: located in the kitchen. Feel free to use to reorder supplies if things are running low or unplug if you'd like.
Cameras: there are old cameras from the previous owners in the halls and family room. They no longer function.
Food & Drink: Help yourself to anything in the pantry, fridge, and drink / wine fridges. We can't guarantee freshness—always check the date before consumption! There are almost always basics like condiments, butter, syrup, baking items, spices, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. If something gets used up, please notify us via the QR code on the fridge or pantry. (Coming Soon) The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and gadgets.
Groceries:
The Market at Vail: small grocery store in Lionshead, accessible by walking (1.2 miles through town), free Vail Intown Bus (get on at Golden Peak stop across the street from Manor Vail), or drive (park in Lionshead Garage - free for less than an hour or after 4pm)
Safeway and City Market: a few miles away in West Vail. Liquor stores inside City Market or next to Safeway.
Ski Country Grocer for grocery delivery. We've never used them.
Stove and Oven:
Stove takes a bit longer than usual to get the gas flowing. Hold in the knob a few extra seconds before letting go in order to get the gas flowing. Igniter on the far-right burner is broken; just push in another knob at the same time as the right hand knob and it will work to ignite.
Oven: Right side is a convection oven, so adjust accordingly. Left side is multi-function: you MUST turn two knobs for it to work, the function knob and the temp knob. For a typical oven setting, turn the knob to the picture of a square with a bar on the top and bottom.
Top left of oven is a broiler. Bottom right is storage for pans.
Trash and Recycling:
Trash can is hidden in a pull out cabinet to the right of the sink.
Recycling goes in a paper bag or cardboard box
For pickup and when you depart, place in the back stairway (door across from family room TV). Go out 2 doors and leave in the service stairwell (insert picture)
Pro tip: leave the doors open wide or bring your key, otherwise you may get locked out

Toiletries
Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, sunscreen, etc in the bathrooms. Extras below the powder bath sink if anything is running low.
First aid supplies, extra toothbrushes, etc below the powder bath sink.
Linens
Extra towels in the master closet
Extra set of sheets for each bed in the corresponding closet
Laundry: Washer and dryer with detergent and supplies in laundry room
